From entering to ordering, the process was smooth and simple. The service that was given at the get go was great and was greeted when I entered the store along with asking me if I had any questions about their selection. Also, I was splitting with a friend so the cashier offered to cut the Inari pieces in half, great thinking! The food was delicious and fresh. The ordering process was simple which they have a selection out front to choose then you'll need to let the cashier know which you want. The Inari is made to order which is a plus! Each Inari that I ordered had good flavor and tasted good. The store was clean and they have ample seating. There are a couple tables and a bar style seating which is great when you want to sit in. There's also lots of seating outside too. Such a great place. I would come back to try more. On another note, there is free parking in the building 3rd floor and there is restrooms too in a separate area which is a plus.

They change their concept of self-serve because feedback was told that it was unsanitary. I had heard from others that the concept was great but the food wasn't fresh being left under lights for so long. They are now made when order. Thanks to Yelp Hawaii and Debu for free 4 pieces of your choice of unagi, spicy tuna, salon, and shrimp. I also purchased a Debu roll which has shrimp tempura, cucumber, egg, daikon, green onion... look how huge the roll is!!! Center is a sauce that he told me to mix before using. Roll was really good. Unagi is always my favorite, can't beat that. I like that it's in reusable containers. Service is good.

Came here for the first time with my coworker to grab a quick lunch after getting some tea next door. Workers were efficient. The place was very clean and spacious. Only downside was the price. I feel that it is overpriced just for Inari with toppings. But then again, maybe the rent is expensive at AZURE or the business is handling "inflation". Check em out!

We stopped in to check out this place. It was very clean, spacious, and modern. Man behind the counter greeted us and was very polite. He was the owner, David. He gave us the rundown of his restaurant finding out we were first timers. Parking was free on the third floor but we found metered street parking which was a little closer. The glass case had a nice presentation displaying a variety of different Yubu. We had the mentaiko shrimp, bulgogi beef, zesty salmon, and Unagi Yubu. It's fusion by Japanese and Korean influence. To sum it up, each yubu had a unique taste and it's own flavor and all were good and very flavorful. When you see it live, it looks so appetizing. I will definitely be back for more and try different items.

First time here! These are cute, big inari. Korean fusion. Tried the 4 piece Debu Yubu : Zesty Salmon, Unagi, Bulgogi & Mentaiko Shrimp. It was all fresh and rice was delish! My faves were the Unagi & Bulgogi. I ended up ordering 1 Unagi Debu Roll to-go! Owner David was very pleasant and helpful explaining the menu. He made my order and it was super good! :) We parked across the street along the meters. Will be back next time!

In my opinion, Debu is typically a hit or miss for a lot of people. It is not the MOST affordable inari/yubu place. The process and service is pretty straight forward, you just go in, grab a container and put in the pieces you want. Mainly self service till you check out or want to get your pieces torched. I personally would always recommend torching most, if not, all of the yubu. It usually improves the taste much more especially as they often sit out for a while on a slow day. My favorite would no DOUBT be the unagi. The space is nice as well, clean and well kept, feels almost like a cafe. The thing I want to note again is that sometimes the pieces have been sitting out for a while, to the point that I personally feel like it shouldn't be served. My brother ordered a 6 piece once and more than half of the pieces had 'stale' rice. I've personally never had an experience like that but knowing that turned me off from the place slightly. I didn't want to gamble my experience.

Finally got it try this place thanks to Yelp Elite. Lovely place with easy parking on the 3rd floor of the building. Note the price difference if you pay in card vs cash. They have kimbap rolls and yubu. I tried the unagi, zesty salmon, salmon and fried chicken yubu. All very tasty my fav is the unagi and then zesty salmon. The box comes with wasabi, soy sauce, and ginger too. Now if they can add more meats to the kimbap rolls like pork belly shiso in addition to the fish rolls that'd be amazing ;) Thanks!

I have been wanting to try this place since it opened and finally made a visit. Debu features Korean version of Japanese inari sushi with a fried tofu skin pocket, rice and toppings. The store is clean and simple but stylish. It looks like it could be from LA or NYC. Seating is limited though so it's not good if you have a large group. The menu is simple with about 12 different types to choose from. They also have rolls featuring the same toppings. I chose to get 6 and chose Bacon kimchi, bulgogi, avocado, unagi, spicy ahi, and zesty salmon. They are made to order so it does take time. Of what I got I liked them all with bacon kimchi, unagi and the bulgogi as my favorites. The spicy ahi wasn't spicy so that was a disappointment. I wish I got the garlic shrimp as friends I went with said that was good. I will have to try their rolls and see how those are. They also offer meals that include soup and drink. The staff works hard taking orders and also making the food.
